A public culture center that is going throught renovations, but still functioning
In some cities of Brazil, the poor employ themselves as trash collectors in order to survive. In my city they collect paper and cardboard boxes most of the time so we call them “Papeleiros” (Papel = paper in portuguese and the suffix “eiro” is used to denote an ocupation).
In this photo, one papeleiro with his backup cart trying to fix a whell. The regular carts are really big, but sometimes they have to use smaller ones from super markets.
